SweepIQ is a financial automation tool operated by SweepIQ LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("SweepIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). SweepIQ is a financial automation tool that monitors your checking account balance against a target you configure. SweepIQ connects to your existing brokerage account via OAuth and automatically purchases securities you select once funds arrive in your account. SweepIQ does not initiate bank transfers — all fund movements between your bank and your brokerage account are initiated by you.
SweepIQ is not an investment adviser. SweepIQ does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or recommendations regarding securities. SweepIQ does not select, recommend, or manage securities on your behalf. All investment decisions — including which securities to hold, when to buy, and when to sell — are made solely by you. SweepIQ automates the execution of rules you define and does not exercise discretion over your account. SweepIQ LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state securities authority.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information current. SweepIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information.
SweepIQ provides the following services:
SweepIQ does not initiate ACH transfers from your bank account. All fund movements between your bank and your brokerage account are initiated by you. SweepIQ automatically executes security purchases within your brokerage account based on rules you define. All brokerage services, including trade execution, account custody, and regulatory compliance, are provided by your brokerage provider, a FINRA/SIPC member broker-dealer. SweepIQ is not a broker-dealer. Currently supported brokerage integration: Alpaca Securities LLC.
SweepIQ charges a flat monthly fee after a free trial period. Current pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of subscription. Billing is managed through RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The free trial begins on the date you create your account. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Investing involves risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than you invest. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
SweepIQ executes transfers based on parameters you set and upon your explicit approval. SweepIQ is not responsible for investment losses, market fluctuations, or the performance of any security.
SweepIQ relies on third-party services including Plaid and your brokerage provider. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or delays caused by these third-party providers.
ACH transfers typically settle within 1-3 business days. Securities transactions are subject to market hours and settlement periods. SweepIQ is not responsible for delays in transfer or trade settlement.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending sweeps will be cancelled and your bank and brokerage connections will be disconnected.
SweepIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SweepIQ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of SweepIQ.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the SweepIQ service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SweepIQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SweepIQ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of SweepIQ, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of SweepIQ after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
