SweepIQ is a financial automation tool operated by SweepIQ LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("SweepIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). SweepIQ automates the transfer of funds between your checking account and your brokerage account based on rules and parameters you configure.
SweepIQ is not an investment adviser. SweepIQ does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or recommendations regarding securities. All investment decisions, including which ETFs to hold and how much to invest, are made solely by you. SweepIQ executes transfers based on the instructions and parameters you set. SweepIQ LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state securities authority.
To use SweepIQ, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at management@sweepiq.app.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information current. SweepIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information.
SweepIQ provides the following services:
All brokerage services, including trade execution, account custody, and regulatory compliance, are provided by Alpaca Securities LLC, a FINRA/SIPC member broker-dealer. SweepIQ is not a broker-dealer.
SweepIQ charges a flat fee of $5.00 per month after a 90-day free trial period. Billing is managed through RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The free trial begins on the date you create your account. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Investing involves risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than you invest. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
SweepIQ automates transfers based on the parameters you set. SweepIQ is not responsible for investment losses, market fluctuations, or the performance of any ETF or security.
SweepIQ relies on third-party services including Plaid and Alpaca. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or delays caused by these third-party providers.
ACH transfers typically settle within 1-3 business days. ETF trades are subject to market hours and settlement periods. SweepIQ is not responsible for delays in transfer settlement.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at management@sweepiq.app. Upon account closure, any pending sweeps will be cancelled and your bank and brokerage connections will be disconnected.
SweepIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SweepIQ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of SweepIQ.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the SweepIQ service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SweepIQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SweepIQ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of SweepIQ, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of SweepIQ after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
